Ferma Law Group was founded in 2018 by Shant Fermanian, an attorney who is deeply committed to helping individuals and families whose lives have been impacted as a result of the negligence, wrongdoing, or misconduct of others. Mr. Fermanian's practice is focused primarily on personal injury and wrongful death matters, where he is dedicated to aggressively advocating for his clients and pursuing the maximum recovery they rightfully deserve.
Mr. Fermanian believes that effective representation extends beyond the courtroom. He is dedicated to guiding his clients through every stage of the legal process, maintaining open communication, and ensuring that each client feels informed, supported, and empowered throughout their case.
Mr. Fermanian earned his Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in 2017. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California. He is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Prior to founding Ferma Law Group, Mr. Fermanian gained valuable experience practicing at personal injury law firms in Los Angeles, where he litigated a wide range of injury matters and developed a strong foundation in plaintiff advocacy. His legal experience also extends beyond personal injury. Mr. Fermanian has represented clients in corporate litigation and real estate matters and has held senior in-house legal positions for large-scale businesses, where he advised on a broad spectrum of legal, operational, and risk-management issues. This diverse experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of how businesses and insurers evaluate disputes and has contributed to his thoughtful and strategic approach to advocating for his clients.
